Bible Prophecy Commentary – Russia – again:
Russia doesn't play nice and their leaders are hungry for flesh. So is Russia then the second beast that Daniel sees arise of the sea in Dan 7? Are they or will they devour much flesh and take out 3 other super-nations? There has been a lot of talk all over the news lately that suggests that Russia is or may not be playing around but instead showing elements of their ever increasing military force. What does this mean to the Western nations? Unknown at this time but you would expect that nations would be cautious and perhaps take these as warning signs?
Russia, according to Bible Prophecy and all that is known to date will be a major player in upcoming wars. Will they wield a "great sword" as described in Rev 6:4? Much is obscured right now but in this author's opinion we are on the precipice of something very big. A great war involving many nations perhaps that may realign and reshape our current geopolitical landscape into one prepared for the Tribulation is my guess.
Stay tuned folks! This is an exciting yet very frightening time in which we live. Exciting because we are the last generation and will see things prophesied in God's word before His return. Frightening because the times in which we live will become terrible and harsh – 2 Tim 3:1-5.
