Bible Prophecy Commentary: And This is Our Best…???
Well, after last night's debate I am really disgusted and embarrassed for this nation. And this is the 'best' America has to offer? From one candidates lips, truth flees. From the other, pride, arrogance and whining flows continuously. What an embarrassment America has become to the nations! Then the defining moment came for me … Trump says he can't support the other if she wins. He'll keep us in suspense. How disgraceful, unprofessional and childish! When asked more than once the same answer was echoed. Now this flies in the face of every American; 240 years of peaceful transitions of power thrown to the ground with such monumental pride.
How can all this be?
NO GOD in America anymore! God has been replaced by our idols of stuff, pride, lust and greed. Idols of the heart have also overwhelmed many, many people. These things God will hold us accountable for and we will be judged for them.
"But my people have forgotten me; they make offerings to false gods; they made them stumble in their ways, in the ancient roads, and to walk into side roads, not the highway, making their land a horror, a thing to be hissed at forever. Everyone who passes by it is horrified and shakes his head." -Jer 18:15-16 (ESV)
God has been tossed out, kicked out and told to get out. God is not on the lips or in the hearts of most Americans anymore. He is not known and there is no fear of Him in the land.
Someone please tell me how many times either of these "lesser of two evils" mentioned the name of Yahweh God in any of these three debates? I bet the answer is zero! And that's the long and short of it. Without Almighty God in the leadership of the White House, this nation is falling and will continue to fall regardless of who is elected. We see evidence of this all too often. There's indecision, deceit and deception, lies, covert agendas aimed at destroying America, etc. We have become a nation of deception and this Presidential Election campaign of 2016 is a tell-tale sign that America is finished.
What's next. Nov 8th is only days away and then there could be a new face heading for the WH. But who? Time will tell but one thing is for sure and I believe this will all my heart. Unless God is on the lips and heart of our next leader and in his leadership circle, God will not be in the house and our corruption and demise will continue and increase.
Please read your Bible and find out just exactly who Almighty God is. He's not a cuddly teddy bear. He's God, He's powerful yet loving and kind. He gives mercy and grace and His arm is still outstretched to those that will take it. There is no other like Him. He deserves and will have honor and praise Glory and dominion. Praise Him ye people, praise Him!
